TipLedger is a data and analytics software product that combines publicly available tipster selections and analyses with quantitative methods to produce proprietary selection models and related performance analytics.

TipLedger is a software and information tool. It is not a bookmaker, sportsbook, betting exchange, financial service, or investment product. We do not accept or place bets on behalf of users, hold betting funds, or operate betting accounts.

The information and model outputs provided by TipLedger are for informational and analytical purposes only. Nothing on the platform constitutes a guarantee, recommendation, financial advice, or promise of future profit.

TipLedger continuously collects and analyzes historical and current selection data and uses that information to generate model outputs.

Performance information displayed on the website and inside the product is based on the data available to us at the relevant time and the methodology used by the applicable model.

Where we display metrics such as profit, ROI, win rate, number of selections, average odds, drawdown, or historical monthly performance, those figures represent the recorded results of the applicable model or dataset according to our calculation methodology.

Historical performance does not guarantee future results.

A positive historical ROI or profit does not mean that the model will remain profitable. Future results may be materially different, including negative results and losses.

Model calculations may depend on the accuracy, availability, timing, settlement status, and other characteristics of third-party data. Data may be incomplete, delayed, changed, incorrectly recorded, or unavailable.

We may change, improve, replace, or discontinue a model or methodology when we consider it necessary. Where practical, material model changes may be reflected in the product’s model history or methodology information.

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, TipLedger does not represent that it has placed real-money bets.

Model performance and P&L shown in the product are calculated from recorded selections, odds, results, and the applicable staking methodology. They should not be interpreted as a statement of the amount of money a particular user would have earned.

Actual results can differ because of stake size, bookmaker availability, odds movement, bet limits, timing, execution, voided bets, settlement rules, taxes, fees, and other circumstances.

Users are solely responsible for any real-money betting they choose to undertake outside TipLedger.

To build and update our models, we collect information that is publicly accessible on third-party websites, including published selections, analyses, rankings, results, and related performance information.

We do not claim ownership of third-party content.

We use collected information as an input to our internal research, analysis, statistical processing, and proprietary model generation. We do not represent that any third-party source endorses, sponsors, or is affiliated with TipLedger.

Automated collection is limited to publicly reachable information. We do not intentionally bypass logins, paywalls, authentication mechanisms, or other access controls.

Third-party websites may change, restrict, remove, or correct their content or access methods at any time.

If you are a rights holder and believe that material collected by TipLedger infringes your rights or should not be processed, you may contact us with sufficient information to identify the material and the basis of your request. We will review legitimate requests.

This notice does not grant TipLedger any licence to third-party content.

Some features of TipLedger require an account.

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity carried out through your account.

You must not share, sell, transfer, or otherwise provide access to your account to another person unless explicitly permitted by us.

We may suspend or terminate access where we reasonably believe that an account is being abused, shared, used for unlawful activity, used to circumvent access controls, or used in violation of these Terms.

Where paid subscriptions are available, the applicable price, billing period, and included features will be presented before payment.

By purchasing a subscription, you authorize the applicable payment provider to process the payment according to the terms presented at checkout.

Subscriptions may renew automatically where this is clearly disclosed during checkout.

You may cancel a subscription according to the cancellation process made available to you. Unless otherwise stated, cancellation stops future renewals but does not necessarily provide a refund for a billing period that has already started.

Any refunds will be handled according to the refund terms presented at checkout and applicable law.

Access to paid features may be suspended or removed following cancellation, expiration, failed payment, refund, chargeback, or other termination of the applicable subscription, subject to any applicable grace period or legal requirement.

You agree not to:

• scrape, copy, systematically extract, or reproduce TipLedger data or interfaces;
• redistribute model selections or analytics commercially without permission;
• share or sell your account;
• attempt to bypass subscription or access controls;
• interfere with the operation or security of the service;
• use the service to make false or misleading claims about guaranteed betting results;
• use the service for unlawful purposes; or
• attempt to reverse engineer, reproduce, or commercially exploit proprietary model logic except where permitted by law.

We may limit, suspend, or revoke access where these rules are violated.

TipLedger does not encourage users to bet beyond their means.

If you choose to place bets using information obtained from TipLedger, you do so entirely at your own risk.

Only gamble where it is legal to do so, and only use money you can afford to lose.

TipLedger does not provide assistance with opening betting accounts, circumventing geographic restrictions, bypassing bookmaker controls, or otherwise accessing betting services unlawfully.

If gambling is causing financial, personal, or other harm, seek appropriate support in your jurisdiction.

Nothing on TipLedger guarantees profit, a positive ROI, a particular win rate, a particular number of winning selections, or any specific financial result.

Past performance is not a guarantee of future performance.

You are responsible for your own decisions and for determining whether and how to use information provided by the service.

We aim to keep TipLedger available and accurate, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that every data point, selection, result, odds value, or model output will always be complete or error-free.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service, including individual models or features.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date indicates when the latest version became effective.
